The Roediger Chiropractic team treats you like family, beginning with your very first phone call to our office. We’ll let you know what to expect and answer all your questions. We are an out-of-network provider with insurance, which means you’ll pay at the time of service, and we can submit your claim for reimbursement. We’ll verify your coverage for you so you know what to expect.
Your First Visit: Assessment and Understanding
When you enter our warm, inviting practice, our staff will greet you by name and help you feel right at home.
- Welcome & History: You will complete minimal paperwork in a private room, and our chiropractic technician will take a thorough health history.
- Consultation: Dr. Roediger will then meet with you to gain a clear understanding of your health concerns and, most importantly, how they are affecting your quality of life.
- Testing & Analysis: We will conduct a series of detailed assessments, including chiropractic tests, MyoVision Surface EMG scans, and X-rays if deemed necessary.
- Review of Findings: Dr. Roediger will clearly explain your test results and let you know if chiropractic care can help. If it can, he will provide personalized care recommendations.
Insurance and Payment Policy
We operate as an out-of-network provider with insurance. This means payment is due at the time of service, and as a courtesy, we will submit your claim for potential reimbursement. We are happy to verify your coverage beforehand so you know exactly what to expect. We will verify your coverage the same day or within 24 hours of your initial visit and explain them to you. Most insurances have out of network coverage and will reimburse the patient after the deductible has been met. We have found that our fee is similar to an in-network specialist copay.

New Patient Special:
Your comprehensive First Visit, including the exam, sEMG scan, and X-rays, is $57. If you choose to start care, your first adjustment is only an additional $45.
We also offer a special discount for first responders: police, fire and active military personnel.
Paying for Care: Our chiropractic technician will review our fees and financial policies with you before starting care, ensuring there are never any surprises. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
