Walk ins are always accepted In Case of Emergency Patients can call the office after hours and weekends, I check messages frequently and if available arrange to meet the patient in the office. Gift Certificates Gift certificates can be purchased from the office for services rendered in the office. |
Our office is located 1/2 mile south of downtown Chardon, off Rt 44, directly across from Bass Lake Inn. We are located on the first floor and our building is wheelchair or crutches accessible. |
